Call of Duty: Black Ops

Now this game has been out for awhile so you may know a lot about it but let me just tell you this game is great. While the single player delivered a little above average compared to most call of duty games the online multi-player is really what exceeded my expectations. First off the guns are great and for the most part evened out. The currency system is also a great new twist to the call of duty series as you now have to earn money by playing online matches and then use that money to buy almost everything you want for your class. You can buy guns, attachments, perks. equipment, and even things like gun emblems, camos, and clan tags engraved on the gun. The maps are also built better than usual. They are built evenly and structured well providing players with fun and exciting moments. One thing that I personally like is the fact that sniping now feels like it takes skill. The thing I hated most about the previous call of duty title was the quick-scoping. It was a glitch in the aiming system in which the user would quickly scope in and then take a shot allowing it to be dead accurate with the convenience of hip fire. Since before it was usually always a one shot kill there way no way to escape it. Now the damage depends on the area. Vital spot above the waist usually end up being a one shot kill while shots in the legs or arms usually take two. This to me makes complete sense and helps to eliminate that dreaded quick-scoping. These improvements mixed in with the usual call of duty style offers no doubt the best call of duty experience so far. Thanks for reading and have a nice day.
